- Review, analyze, and process complex claims in accordance with policy provisions and service agreements.
- Coordinate with policyholders, agents, and internal stakeholders to resolve claim-related issues.
- Handle claim investigations and resolve discrepancies in claim documentation or information.
- Make claim decisions within the approved authority limits.
- Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with Legal & Compliance teams on cases requiring special attention or review.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operational requirements.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Pharmacy.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in health insurance claims analysis, preferably reimbursement claims.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team and maintain a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in claims processes, policy provisions, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Understanding of basic disease and treatment concepts.
