Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Identify and target banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions in Jakarta for manpower and consulting placement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (HR, Procurement, Department Heads, IT, Operations, and C-level stakeholders).
  • Understand client resourcing challenges and translate them into tailored SmartSourcing solutions (contract staffing, consultants, project-based manpower, managed services).
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts in coordination with internal delivery and legal teams.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure client requirements are accurately briefed and fulfilled.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM.
  • Stay current on BFSI industry trends, hiring patterns, regulatory shifts, and competitor activity in the Jakarta market

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales / business development experience, preferably in manpower outsourcing, staffing, consulting, or IT/professional services.
  • Proven track record of selling services into banks and/or insurance companies is strongly preferred.
  • Existing network of contacts within Jakarta’s BFSI sector is a significant advantage.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with sales quotas.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and a structured approach to pipeline management.
  • Based in Jakarta with willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
