The Role
This is not a learning seat. This is not a step-up role. We’re looking for someone who’s done this before—who walks in and knows how to fix, build, and automate the technical backbone of our clients’ environments without ramp-up.

This role owns the behind-the-scenes infrastructure that makes our platform run. You’ll lead complex issue resolution, build repeatable automations, and make your work scalable by documenting it and turning it into scripts others can run.

What You'll Own

• Design, automate, and maintain hybrid infrastructure: Hyper-V, Azure AD, M365
• Restore cloud and on-prem environments using Acronis (including direct-to-Azure recovery)
• Write PowerShell scripts like you’re breathing—to automate everything from patching to provisioning
• Deploy those scripts using RMM tools like ConnectWise Automate or NinjaOne
• Solve Tier 3 escalations and prevent repeat issues by eliminating the root cause
• Create internal documentation and contribute to building ReachOut’s custom GPTs for support use
• Collaborate with our Technical Alignment Managers (TAMs), vCIOs, and Security Analysts

• 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure in a client-facing or MSP environment
  
• Hands-on mastery of:
  • Hyper-V (we do not use VMware)
  • PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, and M365 admin
  • Acronis, VEEAM, or equivalent DR solutions
  • ConnectWise Automate, NinjaOne, or equivalent RMM

• Demonstrated ability to solve technical issues non-linearly: You don’t follow playbooks. You write them.
  
• Experience building documentation or GPT-style support content for junior techs
  
• Solid understanding of network fundamentals (VLANs, firewalls, DNS/DHCP)
  
• Fluency in ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or comparable tools to accelerate tasks
