We are looking for a highly analytical Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives on solving complex problems. In this AI-driven era, we aren't looking for a button-pusher or just a content creator; we need a critical thinker and strategist.
If you look at a marketing funnel and instantly see the "leaky buckets," if you obsess over why a campaign underperformed and know exactly how to fix it, and if you can bridge the gap between digital noise and high-quality sales opportunities—you are the one we want. You will act as the diagnostic engine of our marketing team, analyzing content performance, ad metrics, and user journeys to find gaps, eliminate bottlenecks, and implement high-converting strategies.
What Will You Impact? (Your Responsibilities)
- System Diagnostics & Gap Analysis: Continuously audit our end-to-end digital marketing funnel. Identify bottlenecks, drop-offs, and inefficiencies in the customer journey, and use data-driven insights to improve the conversion rate from a "click" to a "ready-to-buy" lead.
- Strategic Solution Architecture: Don't just find the problems—fix them. Formulate and execute comprehensive strategies (across content, SEO, and paid performance) to solve identified gaps and elevate our overall digital ecosystem.
- Performance & ROI Optimization: Design and execute performance marketing strategies (Search, Social, Display) with a laser focus on attracting qualified leads for the Sales team. Move past vanity metrics and optimize for actual business impact.
- Analytical Content Strategy: Evaluate content performance critically. Understand why certain narratives work and others fail. Use these insights to architect content pillars that humanize the steel industry and build brand authority.
- AI-Enhanced Efficiency: Orchestrate AI tools to scale operations, ensuring you provide the strategic direction, data, and high-quality prompts necessary to generate superior, high-converting outputs that stand out from generic AI content.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the bridge between departments. Work closely with the Sales team to analyze lead quality feedback, and collaborate with the Tech team to ensure our digital channels provide a seamless, optimized user experience.

What Do You Need to Bring to the Table?
- Advanced Critical & Analytical Thinking: This is your superpower. You must have a deep curiosity for performance data and the ability to diagnose system gaps. You don't just report numbers; you translate data into actionable strategies and solutions.
- Strategic Content Direction: The ability to architect a marketing and content strategy from scratch based on analytical findings. You know how to tailor narratives (turning "steel bars" into stories of safety and innovation) to specifically target gaps in the market.
- Data-Driven Proficiency: Strong capability in using web analytics (Google Analytics 4) and performance data to decode human behavior and optimize digital touchpoints.
- Technical Marketing & SEO Skills: Skilled in using essential marketing and research tools (like Ahrefs) to analyze competitors, conduct keyword research, and ensure our strategies are backed by hard data.
- AI Fluency: Comfortable using AI tools for research, data analysis, and content drafting, with a deep understanding of how to "steer" the AI to achieve specific strategic goals.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing, Growth, or Digital Strategy role, with a strong portfolio of identifying marketing bottlenecks and successfully driving lead generation.
- Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

- Technical Advertising Experience: Hands-on execution with Google Ads (PPC) and Meta Ads.
- CRM Knowledge: Experience working with CRM systems to track and analyze the lead-to-deal conversion process.
- Rapid Prototyping/Design Skills: Basic proficiency in tools like Figma, Canva, or CapCut to quickly iterate and test new visual or video content solutions based on your analytical findings.
Industry Experience: Previous exposure to B2B marketing, construction, manufacturing, or building materials.
