Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Manage employee relations, handle inquiries, and resolve HR-related issues.
Coordinate and support performance management processes.
Monitor employee attendance and leave.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Payroll processing knowledge is a plus.
Kualifikasi Minimum
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
• At least 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
