Intelligent Automation Architect  

General Responsibilities:

The Intelligent Automation Architect will lead the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platforms. The role will drive process efficiency by integrating automation tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, leveraging AI and machine learning capabilities to deliver scalable solutions.

• Leads the end-to-end design and architecture of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Collaborates with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Ensures the integration of AI and machine learning models where applicable for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Collaborates with the internal team to extend technical leadership throughout the automation development cycle
• Leads the integration of Power Platform with other Microsoft services (e.g., Azure, Dynamics 365, SharePoint) and third-party applications as needed.
• Implements and manages API integrations to facilitate data exchange and workflow automation.
• Identifies opportunities for ongoing automation enhancements and optimizations.
• Provides architectural oversight and best practices for developing intelligent automation solutions.
• Mentors and guide development teams to ensure alignment with automation strategies and architecture.
• Establishes and enforces governance, security, and performance best practices for automation projects.
• Stays abreast of emerging technologies and trends in intelligent automation to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

• Related Work Experience –5+ years of experience in designing and implementing intelligent automation solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge – In-depth experience, knowledge, and understanding of the following:
• Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Experience with integrating AI and machine learning models in automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of API integration, RPA technologies, and workflow automation.
• Experience with low-code/no-code development platforms.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrates presentation skills with a high degree of comfort for diverse audiences.
• Must have sound problem resolution, judgment, analytical and decision-making.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and teams.
• Possesses solid Stakeholder Relationship Management and the ability to collaborate with various teams to attain goals and pursue excellence.
• Demonstrates excellent Organizational, Time Management, and Attention to Detail Skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and able to guide new team members.
• Must be adept to work in a fast-paced environment with tight SLAs.
