- Respond to customer support queries on D365 Finance & Operations, logged via our ticketing tool and by telephone.
- Take ownership of support issues and managing them through to closure.
- Research issues, implement fixes & document case resolution
- Participate in the management of the ERP system life cycle, driving requirements gathering, functional design document, configuration, testing and training.
Kualifikasi Minimum
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
• Knowledge in Finance modules is a plus
• Knowledge in Retail and Commerce module is a plus
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Strong business and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
