Position Summary:
The role of the RPA Business Analyst is to manage the delivery of individual process automations in accordance with the Dexcom COE Methodology, on time and on budget. The role is also responsible for the opportunity assessment and initial qualifications of ideas to ultimately fulfill the pipeline.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the detailed tasks required to deliver high quality RPA solutions in accordance with the Dexcom COE methodology to achieve a consistent, high quality standard solution meeting and exceeding business requirements.
- Lead and complete the Dexcom qualification steps to assess the RPA capability of possible process ideas. These include the initial evaluation, business case, detailed qualification criteria scoring as well as leading the final milestone approvals session.
- Capture potential process candidates for automation using the software solutions that capture key stroke counts, video and work instructions in preparation for the Process Design Document hand-off to Development.
- Work closely with the Subject Matter Experts (SME) to identify requirements, map the process, identify the technologies, KPI’s and overall metric data in preparation for the Development team’s technical design.
- Submit regular reporting on progress to plan across multiple project automations and leadership.
- Prepare the SME and guide them through the User Acceptance Testing preparation and ensure full testing is completed prior to releasing solutions into production.
- Work in concert with other RPA Business Analysts for best practice sharing, internal process productivity and quality improvement on the entire Dexcom COE delivery methodology.
- Manage the intake and pipeline generation inputs through our community ideas software collection solution.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal/written communication
- Proven experience delivering high quality solutions in high pressure, structured environments
- Ability to liaise with functional as well as IT personnel across the business to complete tasks
- Ability to establish and lead meetings achieving the original purpose of the sessions
- Ability to development succinct presentations and present to leadership as needed
- Self-starter and strong attention to detail are paramount

Preferred Qualifications:
- One to three years exposure and experience leading RPA delivery
- Exposure to UiPath RPA software solutions
- Knowledge and understanding of the opportunity assessment qualification process, engineering methodology for bot development and post-production support requirements
- UiPath BA certification or equivalent
Understanding of the Agile development methodology and how it applies to RPA solution delivery
- Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Engineering or other comparable education
- Exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodologies with at least Green Belt certification
