QA Engineer  

• Creates, writes, and executes test plans and scenarios for manual and/or automated tests
• Perform system, functional, regression, UI, accessibility and performance/load testing.
• Identify, log, track and reporting of issues and or problem areas within software
• Able to manage and create bug tickets using Jira.
• Understand the operation of the product they are responsible for testing and be able to run tests
• Able to use TestRail to run the test charter with confirmation and leave test results in the test run
• Able to run front end automation using Selenium.
• Analyze business requirements and understand the test acceptance criteria
• Ensure the software meets the functional specifications that have been defined

• Has 3+ years of experience as a QA engineer is a must

• Knowledgeable in Agile methodology (Scrum)

• Can create test cases and detailed bug

• Can identify the severity and priority of a bug

Good to have

• Familiar with accessibility testing
• Familiar with front end automation (Selenium)
• Knowledgeable in using Jira, Confluence and Test Trail (Test Management)
• Can perform API test

• Ability to communicate, possess the ability to adequately communicate well in written or oral form and convey the details of a problem to the development team.

Work Arrangement:

• Full-time employment
• Probationary period: 6 months
• Work location: 11th Flr. 142 Amorsolo Building, 142 Amorsolo Street, Legaspi Village, Brgy. San Lorenzo, Makati City 1229
• Working hours: 9AM – 6PM Philippine time (with 8 core working hours and 1-hour break)
• Hybrid working arrangement (3 days working on site and 2 days wfh weekly)
