Job Description
He/ She will be responsible for computer systems to be more efficient or allow for more productive workflow across different departments related to computer hardware, programs, applications, and even cloud platforms.
Digital Data and Solutions
- Collaborate with the IT Infra team and internal customers to provide digital infrastructure solutions that enable business efficiency.
- Continuously evolves the organization’s infrastructure to facilitate and improve current and future requirements in digitalization.
- Conducts research and development for server and network systems optimization to improve the availability and reliability of enterprise IT services, including efficiency in the application of digitalization objectives.
- Provides assistance to the infra team for support and process optimization.
- Provides reports, project timeline, improvement plans and provides project updates on a weekly and monthly basis to the IT Digital Supervisor.
- Serves as project manager for outsourced activities related to Digital Infra optimization.
- Ensures project delivery and acceptance within projected timelines including turnover of completed digital infrastructure implementations to IT infra team (IT Infra).
- Ensures adherence to minimum security requirements during projects.
- Disseminates information related to teams on new technologies relevant to the organization.
- Manages 3rd party contracts and ensures conformance to agreements.
- Coordinates/Manages/executes tasks related to the EA directives with AP related to digitalization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder in Information Technology or Computer Engineering
- Preferably with related experience in Server Systems, and Cloud and Network Infrastructure
- With working experience in Computer Hardware, Operating Systems, Installation/Troubleshooting, Networking, and Server Operating Systems.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Cisco Networking and Cloud Computing is a plus.
- 1 vacant position available in La Trinidad, Benguet or Davao City, Davao del Sur
