Job Description
- Main job is to acquire and manage merchants
- Work with marketing team in the development of market analysis and the identification of new merchants and ensuring their retention.
- Act as point person for these merchants.
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 5-6 years retail experience, ideally with exposure to training others.
- Fluent in English, with good written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to self-manage – prioritising and planning your own work schedule.
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to identify new opportunities and prospects
- Flexibility in the face of challenging situations
- Strong presentation, collaboration, negotiation and partnership-building skills.
- Proficient in using the following computer programs: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Knowledge in payments, banking from a partnership perspective is an advantage.
- Must show a high level of maturity as a professional.
