Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze our user needs and design software based on client specifications.
- Develop robust and user-friendly web applications.
- Modify existing applications to correct errors or improve overall performance.
- Routine daily maintenance of existing sites and applications.
- Add additional layer of security to all handled projects.
- Gather and evaluate user feedback in order to improve application for better usability.
- Collaborate with managers, copywriters, art directors, and other programmers to design systems to support required applications.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements/Skills:
- 1 year work experience or at least three (3) completed projects that are currently live
- Ability to implement clean and dynamic web UIs using JavaScript (ReactJS/VueJS/NodeJS/ExpressJS/jQuery), CSS3, HTML5
- Experience in using PHP, Laravel, Python, MySQL, PostgreSQL, REST API and Wordpress
- Experience in deploying applications using AWS Services, Google Cloud, or other equivalent Platform
- Must have a basic knowledge of Linux Administration
- Should know how to use Github, Docker, TypeORM and Project Management Tools like JIRA or Trello
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills are highly preferred
- Understanding the benefits of SEO and the development skills to support SEO are a plus
- Should have strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with peers, managers, and clients in order to develop effective solutions and successfully complete projects
- Must have strong organization skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of clients’ timelines and budgets
- Should take pride in delivering 100% client satisfaction
