Job Description
- Accelerate learning curve of new joiner and junior engineers and maintain team's skills to be always up-to-date and aligned with company's objectives
- Increase team productivity and improve product quality by bringing continuous improvement to testing tools and frameworks via researching & adopting latest technology which aligned with company's objectives
- Document & socialize new adoption of architecture, best practices and technologies by providing training session to internal teams
- Drive team development processes including: recruitment, mentorship, coaching, training, etc.
- Ensure BE Engineering’s deliverables (e.g., test plans & roadmaps, test cases & acceptance criteria, test results, bug-tracking & resolution-tracking) follow all relevant internal & external standards (e.g., regulatories)
- Mentor more junior team members and provide training and support to internal teams
- Assist on technical problem-solving whenever it is deemed necessary or relevant
Minimum Qualifications
- 10 - 15 Years of experience as a Senior BE / BE Lead working with medium to large projects
- Experience in leading a team with 3+ members to build quality products
- Worked in agile environment and has good grasp of agile cadence
- Experience in Go and Java Spring Boot
- Capability to break down problems into executable chunks and coordinating multiple engineers to deliver a solution.
- Capability to adopt, produce, and encourage architecture and software designs
- Good knowledge about application security, code quality, and design patterns
