Finance & Accounting Officer  

1. Managing the daily operation of the accounting and finance department

2. Take full responsible in Accounts Payable and Receivable, Cash Transactions, General Ledger, Payroll Disbursement, Budgeting, Bank Accounts, Fixed Asset Activity, Debt Activity and Etc.

3. Analyze and Evaluate financial system within the organization

4. Collect, Verify and Report Financial documents

5. Forecasting draft annual budget, project expenditures to meet the financial regulatory requirements.

6. Provide financial analysis to emphasize the capital investments, pricing decisions and contract negotiations.

7. Develop action plans, audit operations and provide efficiency improvements

8. Ensure the compliance with the local state and government requirements

9. Monitor Revenue and Expenses

10. Lead the Accounting Department

11. Provide recommendations and meet the financial accounting objectives

12. Performed other related duties as necessary and/or assigned.

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Day shift

Monday to Friday 8:30am- 5:30pm

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Finance, BS Mathematics or Business Administration required.

• Atleast 1 yr experience with Finance officer and fresh grad are welcome to apply.
