Job Description
- Define and refine the product strategy in alignment with organizational goals and industry trends.
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges within the agricultural value chain.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes key features and enhancements based on customer needs, market dynamics, and business priorities.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to translate roadmap items into actionable development plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define feature specifications for both upstream and downstream functionalities.
- Prioritize feature backlog based on user feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility, ensuring timely delivery of value to customers.
- Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and business development teams to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
- Facilitate clear communication and alignment across teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of product features and initiatives.
- Continuously monitor product performance, user engagement, and market trends, and iterate on product strategy and execution as needed.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts, to gather feedback, validate hypotheses, and drive product innovation.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Product.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 .
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
- Prior product design experience, familiar with business model and regulatory policies of the industry is preferred.
- Good project management skills, and understanding of management models.
- 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬.
- 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis principles, processes, techniques, and workflows.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
