Job Description

Qualifications:
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant
• Strong knowledge of accounting, reporting, financial analysis and forecasting techniques acquired through an advanced degree program or professional qualification and related work experience is required.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role involving KPI development, data analysis, process improvement, or performance management.
• Excellent analytics skills and interpretation/understanding of data and reporting.
• Experience in designing, implementing and leading reporting solutions.
• Knowledge and ability to extract and manipulate data from varied systems.
• Experience of Data cleansing, analysis, and reconciliation
• Fast Thinker and Tactical
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral is needed, good presentation skills.

Job Description

The Business Analytics Manager is responsible for overseeing and analyzing data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions to improve business processes, strategies, and outcomes. His/Her key role is to present these findings to management, and to collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and efficiency through data-driven insights. He/She is also responsible for developing and monitoring KPIs to optimize operational efficiency and implementing strategies to meet overall
business objectives while mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and monitoring the following KPIs to track trends, identify areas for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of operational processes and procedures.
1. Financial Metrics
2. Customer Metrics
3. Process Metrics
4. People Metrics
• Work closely and collaborate with the Managers across different departments to develop and implement process improvements and initiatives aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and achieving KPI targets.
• Summarize data from multiple sources, developing assumptions where needed, to communicate insights and opportunities.
• Evaluate and implement new data technologies and tools to improve efficiency.
• Utilizing insights derived from data analysis and to formulate strategies that align with business goals. This includes identifying areas for process improvement, operational efficiency, and policy development to enhance organizational performance.
• Oversees the completion of ad hoc plans, simulation, cost benefit analysis, feasibility study, and or including detailed analysis of outputs and results, periodic trends as well as the key business factors driving financial performance.
