Social Media Specialist  

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the Indonesian market.
• Create engaging and culturally relevant content in Bahasa Indonesia and English for various social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
• Manage and maintain the Company's social media accounts, including posting regular updates, responding to inquiries, and moderating comments.
• Monitor social media trends and industry developments in Indonesia to identify opportunities for engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate and promote events, promo, and campaigns to our customers.
• Create and manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms to reach a wider audience.
• Analyse social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, including recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the retail sector.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their analytics tools.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Creativity and the ability to create engaging content.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
