Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community Manager to join our team. The Community Manager will be responsible for handling industry partners such as publishers, voice actors, content creators and manage online community across various social media platforms, forums, and other online channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to engage with diverse audiences.

A community manager is responsible for building, managing, and engaging with a brand's community across various online platforms. Their primary goal is to foster positive relationships between the brand, listener and talents, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement and loyalty.

Minimum Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to build and nurture an active and loyal audience for our audio on demand content.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, reviews, and inquiries on audio streaming platforms, podcast directories, and social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cultivate relationships with listeners, talents, and industry partners to amplify our brand's presence and reach within the audio community.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop interactive and engaging content that resonates with our audience and encourages participation.
  • Plan and execute online events and campaigns, such as live Q&A sessions, listener polls, and virtual meetups, to foster a sense of community and connection among our audience.
  • Analyze audience feedback, listener behavior, and performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and production teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice and messaging across all audio platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in audio content and community management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience working as a community manager or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and others.
  • Experience using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for building and nurturing online communities.
