- Responsible for the development of the Bank's business in accordance with the targets set and ensuring all operational activities are running well in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Coordinating and supervising employees under their branch units related to customer service, operational activities, marketing of products and services while still considering and examine the risks.
- Communicate and socialize every policy that has been made, whether by the management of the Bank, Regulator or other parties that have links with banking.
Minimum Qualifications
- Have a minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Branch Manager.
- Experienced in leading teams: in medium to large scale.
- Experienced in achieving monthly funding, merchant, and transaction portfolio targets.
- Holds Risk Management certification.
