Job Description
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Work with development teams to ensure that the proposed solutions are feasible and align with technical capabilities
- Design end-to-end solutions per excellence area that address business needs and align with the organization's architecture and technology standards
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and assess their suitability for the organization's needs
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, Financial Management, Accounting, or other related fields
- At least 1-2 years experience in a related field
- Experience in end-to-end financial process
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in system implementation, compliance, risk management, compliance, risk management, and strategic planning
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Tech-savvy
