- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that project portfolios align with the organization's strategic objectives
- Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, methodologies, and standards
- Develop and enforce project management policies, procedures, and best practices across organization
- Oversee the management of the project portfolio, including project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are on track
- Prepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators to stakeholders and senior management
- Facilitate lessons learned sessions at the conclusion of projects to gather insights and improve future projects
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree graduate
- At least 1-2 years experience in a related field
- Experience in project management, PMO functions, and strategic planning
- Proficiency in financial and risk management, quality assurance, and resource optimization
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
