Finance and Accounting Manager  

The job of an H&M Finance & Accounting Manager comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to-do list includes:

• Supervise, oversee and manage general accounting functions, including budget control and not limited to coordinating with Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, and Tax in terms of organization entries.
• Assess current practices and procedures for improvement recommendations.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ensures compliance with Indonesia Accounting Standard and government requirements.
• Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with minimum 5 years working experience as Finance and Accounting Manager in retail industry.
• Knowledgeable in Inventory control with retail fashion background is preferred.
• Prior experience from Big Four public accountant firm and business analyst is preferred.
• Computer literate.
• Experience in SAP (FICO, SD, MM, & WM) and Microsoft Excel (advance level).
• Able to communicate in a clear and fluent manner.
• Strong leadership skills, detail oriented, multi-tasking, creative, independent and able to work under pressure.
