Finance Inventory Assistant Manager  

Your responsibilities: The job of an H&M Finance Inventory Assistant Manager comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to-do list includes:

• Supervise, oversee and plan every activity that relates to inventory control in the organization.
• Liaise, communicate and coordinate with other departments to control the inventory flows in each of the location including DC/warehouse - offline and online.
• Manage the ageing report of inventory and recommend the necessary provision required to present the correct inventory value.
• Keep track, review, and reconcile discrepancies on each inventory adjustment done at the system.
• Supervise the taking of physical inventories on a periodic basis and ensure that correlating activities are properly coordinated according to the Company’s policy.

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with minimum 8 years working experience in Inventory control from retail industry is a must.
• Computer literature.
• Experience in SAP (MM/WM Module) and Microsoft Excel (advance level) is a must.
• Good analytical thinking.
• Team player with good communication skills at all levels in a diverse, dynamic and fast-paced environment and willing to learn.
