Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Tangerang for an Engineering Supervisor. The Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing engineering operations and projects, managing a team of engineers, providing technical support to other departments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, as well as with relevant software and tools for engineering design and analysis
- Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and safety protocols
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
