Job Description
- Lead and facilitate learning activities in class, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience for students.
- Assign and guide students through practical iOS app development projects, focusing on Swift programming and app design.
- Develop and implement fair evaluation criteria, including grading activities, and provide constructive feedback on students' projects and assignments.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the long-term success of students, fostering an environment of growth and development.
- Provide daily mentorship and direction to students, sharing knowledge and expertise in iOS development and related technologies.
- Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of Swift programming and iOS app development.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in iOS development and Swift.
- Proficiency in Swift, and advanced concepts.
- Experienced in Xcode environment setup and management.
- Proficient in all aspects of iOS app development, from user interface to back-end processes, including REST API integration and data management with Swift.
- Skilled in advanced Swift programming techniques, clean coding, and tools like Xcode and Mockoon, with expertise in RXSwift and MVVM patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to a diverse group of students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
- Strong background in Swift-based digital product development.
- Previous experience as an instructor or educator in relevant fields is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work as a part-time/full-time instructor at Phincon Academy.
