Creatives Head  

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Developing creative concepts

• responsible for generating and presenting ideas for campaigns, advertising, and other projects. This includes coming up with themes, storylines, and visual elements that effectively communicate the desired message.

1. Leading the team

• responsible for managing and leading a team of creative professionals. This includes setting goals, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that team members have the resources and support they need to succeed.

1. Overseeing quality control

• responsible for ensuring that all creative work meets high standards of quality and aligns with the overall brand identity. This includes reviewing and approving creative materials, and providing feedback to team members to help them improve their work.

1. Providing creative direction

• responsible for setting the creative vision for campaigns and projects, and providing guidance and direction to the creative team to ensure that work aligns with this vision.

1. Developing and maintaining creative standards

• responsible for establishing guidelines and standards for creative work, and ensuring that these standards are followed consistently by the creative team.

1. Managing projects from conception to completion

• responsible for overseeing all aspects of creative projects, from initial planning and development to final execution and delivery.

1. Coordinating with external partners

• may work with external partners, such as agencies or freelance contractors, to supplement the in-house creative team or bring in specialized expertise.

1. Developing and maintaining a company-wide creative culture

• working to create a culture within the organization that encourages and supports creative thinking and problem-solving.

1. Managing multiple projects simultaneously

• responsible for overseeing multiple creative projects at the same time, and must be able to juggle competing priorities and deadlines.

1. Leading brainstorming sessions and workshops

• should be able to facilitate creative problem-solving sessions and workshops to generate new ideas and approaches.

1. Developing and implementing creative processes and systems

• responsible for developing and implementing creative processes and systems to streamline and improve the efficiency of creative work.

• Graduate of 4 years course, preferably Creatives and Business Management Course.
• MBA units or Equivalent experience is a plus.
• Obtained or working towards a recognized professional qualification would be desirable
• Strong understanding of design principles and aesthetics
• Familiarity with print design and production processes
• Ability to communicate design concepts and ideas effectively
• Experience with motion graphics, writing and video editing.
