Partnerships and Alliances Officer  

We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Partnership and Alliances Officer to join our team. This role is instrumental in cultivating and managing strategic alliances with key partners within the video game industry.

Responsibilities:

Partner Identification: Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners within the gaming industry, including game developers, publishers, technology providers, and influencers.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, fostering collaboration and synergy.

Collaborative Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute collaborative campaigns and initiatives with partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and agreements with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

Industry Networking: Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay informed about industry trends.

Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations for strategic partnerships.

Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships and alliances, regularly tracking and reporting on the success of collaborative initiatives.

Performs other related functions or Ad hoc duties that may be designated by the Immediate Head from time to time.

Proven experience in partnership management, preferably within the advertising or gaming industry.

In-depth knowledge of the video game industry, including key players, trends, and emerging technologies.

Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to foster positive and productive relationships.

Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and implement innovative partnership initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
