Content Marketing Officer  

Leads the creation and implementation of compelling content across all channels for HairMNL & HairMNL Studio, including short-form videos, social media posts, and blog posts.

Responsibilities include:

• Champions the development of impactful UGC-centric videos to educate customers and drive conversions
• Crafts engaging written content for HairMNL’s blog and curates social media captions
• Conducts simple graphic design for ad hoc marketing requests
• Manages the total content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across all platforms (IG, FB, TikTok)
• Coordinates with Marketing, Online Operations, and Media Teams on content planning across communication channels
• Stays updated with the latest content trends to drive innovation and creativity in content creation

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or equivalent course
• One to two (1-2) years of related experience
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
• Has good knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
• Highly interested and engaged in the beauty/hair/salon industry
• Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to confidently deliver clear and concise messages
• Demonstrated ability in creating engaging content, editorial and web publishing support
• Ability to organize tasks related to the job to achieve goals within or ahead of established time frames
• Able to work independently with limited supervision and able to self-motivate
• Highly motivated team player with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within and external to the organization
