Your role:

The Pay Per Click Specialist reports to the team leader, and is responsible for building digital advertising proposals/media plans, and providing support to our clients and our production teams including setting up, administering of campaigns, handling new advertisers and new technologies, creating reports, as well as troubleshooting issues. Also functions as a mentor to junior members while helping the team lead in monitoring of all Service Level Agreements (SLA) and team quality.

What you will do:

Perform keyword research, audience research, reporting, and optimization

Take responsibility for key areas of paid search delivery assigned to you by members of the onshore client team

Support the team with the day-to-day running of paid search accounts

Set up and review campaign creative in accordance to client standards/service Manage high volume of digital campaigns and ensure accuracy and fulfillment of display, mobile, video, and social media campaigns in a very timely manner.

Optimize and talk through metrics such as CTR, Impressions Won, etc., and give recommendations to make sure KPIs are met

Prepare weekly and monthly report analysis for the client.

Manage and Optimize campaigns using Google Ads, Bing, Matchcraft

Manage client concerns, inquiries, escalations, and requests that will come in through the email/Zendesk system

Provide support to junior members in terms of their deliverables, and help in Quality Controlling or review their work prior to submission

Bachelor’s degree holder with 2-3 years work experience

Experience in managing various digital advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Bing, or Matchcraft,

With PMax Shopping and GA4 platforms experience

Knowledgeable in Google Ads Campaign Setup & Optimization, Media Planning, Reporting, etc.

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager experience is an advantage

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Amenable to work on a permanent night shift schedule
