Job Overview:

Your primary focus will be writing, editing, and reviewing architectural specifications. You'll be engaging with a diverse range of architectural clients and working on a variety of projects – from transportation to multi-res, and everything in between. We value versatility and seek someone agile and eager for diverse project experiences.

Proficiency in client engagement is pivotal; you will join project meetings with confidence and contribute seamlessly within a team environment.

You'll prepare specifications using our cutting-edge proprietary software that is being continually refined by our in-house IT team. While we provide thorough training, we also value your tech-savvy nature and ability to adapt to new systems and processes.

We are in search of a team member enthusiastic about advancing their skills in specification writing. Beyond that, we welcome individuals keen on seizing opportunities to broaden their industry knowledge and learn new skills.

Required Experience:

• You'll be an Architect/experienced Graduate of Architecture/Architectural Technician or Engineer
• Possess at least 3+ years experience preparing specifications
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
