- Mengawal keberjalanan proses Performance Review & Performance Appraisal
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal pendidikan S1 dari semua jurusan
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun pada bidang yang sama
- Memiliki pemahaman yang baik terkait analisa productivity, job analyst, business process, structure organization dan work load analyst
- Pengalaman bekerja di perusahaan dengan total karyawan min. 1000 dan memiliki beberapa cabang akan menjadi nilai tambah
- Menguasai dengan ahli penggunaan Ms. Office, terutama penggunaan Excel
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan mudah untuk beradaptasi di lingkungan baru
- Memiliki kemampuan analitis yang baik
