Job Description
- Our company is looking for a Fleet Maintenance Manager to help us keep our vehicles functioning efficiently.
- We need someone with expertise in Modernized Jeepney, trucking and/ or Bus vehicles, as you will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing our fleet.
- Your job duties will include performing preventative maintenance, ensuring that we comply with the dealership warranty, and tracking operations data, such as fuel consumption and mileage.
- While vehicle mechanical knowledge is the most essential qualification, you also need strong communication and vendor management skills to ensure we get the best deals on parts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree or vocational certification for Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Trucking, logistics, or mechanic experience, or in transportation industries
- Organizational and management skills
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
