- Assist in the design and development of learning initiatives
- Provides assistance in administering L&D administrative tasks
- Assist in managing the online platform modules and regularly update & monitor contents and database.
- Manage and maintain physical and digital L&D assets.
Minimum Qualifications
- 0-1 year of experience in the L&D field.
- Recent Graduates are very welcome to apply for this position.
Knowledge and Skills
- Excellent oral & written communication skills (English).
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact and/or collaborate with people across all levels.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools (esp. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Forms).
- Digital Creativity Knowhow. Can produce materials using digital marketing/ editing/ authoring tools such as Canva, Cyberlink PowerDirector, Audacity, iSpring/ Articulate, etc.).
Qualities
- Willing to work full onsite (Makati Office)
- Willing to work late occasionally to cater attendees from different work shifts.
- Self-starter. Can work with minimal supervision.
- Fast Learner. Capable of learning and acquiring new skills in a short amount of time.
- High organization and multitasking skills. Can manage multiple projects.
