Job Description
Your tasks:
- You answer our written and telephone customer inquiries for the Benelux area (from Mondays to Fridays 9 AM to 5 PM)
- You ensure that customer concerns are resolved quickly so that our customers are satisfied
- You will be in contact with our shipping service provider and other internal departments to clarify issues
Minimum Qualifications
Your profile:
- You have experience in customer service
- You enjoy dealing directly with customers and you are always interested in finding the best solution for the customer
- Your friendliness and empathy distinguish you and your goal is to make every customer happy.
- You are proficient in the use of Microsoft tools
- You speak Dutch on a native level and English or German fluent
- You have your own laptop / PC for working from home
- An independent way of working completes your profile
