Job Description
- Supports in travel arrangements for operations personnel, groups, and other company partners, including scheduling flights and ground transportation, booking accommodations, and handling any other trip-related tasks
- Supports in identifying relevant problems and issues and assisting in formulating implementation-oriented solutions
- Support further developing instruments and assisting in introducing innovation and change
- Managing knowledge by disseminating and documenting know-how, experience, and information
- Finding and arranging appropriate modes of travel, such as flights and rental cars, as well as making reservations at hotels, motels, or other forms of lodging
- Might process checking or monitoring of reimbursement for the cost of a hotel room, taxi ride, meal or other travel expense, and it is up to the travel management assistant to make sure that such reimbursements are properly recorded, documented and issued.
- Might Serve as a Liaison to facilitate communication between the company organization and the chosen travel agency.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- At least 1 - 3 years of experience in the Logistics or Express industry
- Working experience in cost management, settlement and reimbursements.
- Willing to work on site at Mckinley, Taguig
- Willing to work on 6 days schedule.
