Job Description
- Responsible for all post-sales activities including planning, coordinating, monitoring, and communicating client requirements, requests, and budgetary changes to and from the internal team.
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training.
- Be the point-of-contact of clients.
- Work closely with the Management to support Company's vision and process ideals.
- Identify potential problems and points of friction and find working solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue.
- Help in solving minor tickets such as creating and updating user info in the platform.
- Be comfortable in using IT systems.
- Familiarity or experience in using Asana or other project management tools is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree.
At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and can work with minimal supervision.
- Hardworking and able to reach deadlines.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and/or GSuite Applications.
- Experienced in using Asana is a plus.
- Working Internet at home of at least 5mbps.
