- Maintain relationships with clients and act as their trusted advisor and the media
- consultant/expert for clients’ media investments.
- Manage the team effectively
- Collaborate in good manner with clients, teams, vendors, and partners
- Lead strategic media plan recommendations that solve the client brief.
- Planned out the campaign timeline, KPIs, and budget.
- Supervised the entire operations of client campaigns, ensuring the team has achieved
- campaign KPIs within agreed timeline and budget.
- Supervised the analysis of campaign data to gain useful insights and present findings in
- a way that is clear, concise, and relevant to the audience
- Lead pitching process to gain new business
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in digital media planning at digital agency
- 1 - 2 years of leadership experience
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Have strong knowledge in digital media insights and analysis for planning, reporting, and insights on campaigns, and performance marketing.
- Candidate should be able to present thoughts, plans, and ideas in a clear and good manner
