- Be a champion for event management and production
- Assist the team with technical setup (e.g., sound system, lights, cameras, etc.)
- Assist in doing technical run-throughs with the host and key opinion leader (KOL)
- Ensure the smooth execution and flow of operations from ingress to egress
- Discuss the results (green and red flags) of executions to concerned parties
- Prepare reports as needed and engage in basic client management
- Perform other tasks as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year course
- Preferrably has professional event management experience (at least 6 months)
- Flexible, quick-witted, and shows initiative
- Has an overall awesome personality
- Willing to travel to different locations with the team
- Willing to be in a hybrid work setup
- Employment type: Fixed-term (6 months)
