Job Description
- End to End recruitment process (interview, CV screening, physiological testing, background checking)
- Employee Relations : Creating and executing program for employee relation
- Manage Employee database
- Create and Manage administrative things related to operational HR Matters
- Handle Onboarding & Offboarding Employee
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree from Management/Psychology/Law majors
- Having Experiences HR/related at least 2 years.
- Willing to explore and learn about HR Field
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs
- Good analytical, time management, and public speaking skills
- Willing to work from Tebet
