The key accountabilities are the following:
Writes incident reports and submits to the Chief – Spiritual Formation Department, and other relevant departments
Communicates with parents regarding discipline
Makes referrals to the Guidance Team for counseling and follow-up
Maintains records of disciplinary and academic cases
Conducts briefing for the Learner Handbook’s content to relevant staff members
Ad hoc projects as required
Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Guidance and Counseling.
Skills: Strong administrative and organizational skills are a must.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
