Project Engineer  

Furniture Division:

• Ensuring the proper structure and power provisions are in place during the construction or before installation of lights;
• Facilitating furniture installations and project turnover to clients;
• Pre-delivery Site Inspection making sure the site is ready to receive items;
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the General Manager

Kitchen Division:

• Handling and monitroring Kitchen Cabinetry & Appliance Installations for High Rise Projects;
• Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple schedules immediately;
• Coordinating and Scheduling the installation of Appliances/Kitchen cabinets;
• Monitoring deliverable status and consumables;
• Tracking project progress and milestones to determine the appropraite billing amounts;
• Collaborating with project managers and contractors to gather necessary billing information;
• Managing and resolving conflicts or issues that may arise during the project;
• Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and address any construction-related concerns;
• Overseeing the final inspection and handover of the completed high-rise building.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the General Manager
