- Responsible for strengthening the relationship with the assigned client, portfolio, likewise for carrying out standard broking and client services, program reviews, orientations, collections, and analysis.
- Ensuring that communication flows effectively.
- Accountable for securing necessary underwriting information for generating organic growth and monitoring client movements.
- Preparing monthly reports to measure the success and growth of the assigned portfolio.
- Undertaking administration tasks.
- Arranging and attending meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field;
- Preferably with work experience in Marketing/Business Development/Client Management or equivalent;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Must be a quick learner, keen to details, creative, dynamic and personable;
- Preferably with an insurance background;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
