Job Description
Role - What It Is
Luwjistik is on a mission to transform the logistics industry in Southeast Asia and B2B marketing plays a crucial part in how we do it. We’re looking for an experienced digital marketer to take the lead in the development and execution of initiatives from the B2B digital marketing playbook. You will report to the Head of Marketing (a super knowledgeable guy in B2B marketing!) and you will have a seat at the table when it comes to creating lead generation marketing strategy and initiatives.
Responsibilities - What You Can Expect
- Create value-driven marketing strategies for lead generation and brand awareness based on buyer personas (such as clients, partners and customers)
- Initiate and lead foundational tasks (such as setting up marketing platforms) and team processes
- Initiative and lead the development of marketing strategies and execution for content marketing through email campaigns and ABM ads, maintain and manage the marketing database, develop event materials and promotion campaigns, manage the continuous updating of the website, etc
- Work with internal stakeholders to meet their communication and sales material needs through marketing and design resources
- Improve the effectiveness of marketing materials, campaigns and initiatives through A/B testing
- Construct and deliver regular reports on marketing performance and team performance with other marketing team members

Minimum Qualifications
- Native English speaker
- Experience in B2B marketing strategies and lead generation campaigns for B2B SaaS
- Experience with setting up, optimizing and operating marketing automation platforms and reporting dashboards (e.g. Zoominfo, Pipedrive, Google Marketing Platform, etc)
- Experience with marketing performance measurement, report writing and report delivery
- Well-organized with a documentation mindset
- Ability to organize and lead project teams
- Someone who is outspoken and gregarious
- Ambition to become a Head of Marketing for B2B SaaS
