Job Description
- Develop trade channels in terms of category and/or focus brands.
- Execute effective and relevant trade programs
- Consistently execute retail platform and communication
- Execute visibility objectives in terms of merchandising, plan-o-grams, PPOSM
- Lead his team and coach them for performance excellence
- Liaise between sales and trade marketing head office on sales requirements such as PPOSMs/TPOSMs
- Coordinate with third party suppliers in executing merchandising and regional program objectives
- Gather and analyze trade data (i.e. inventory analysis, volume, off-take and sell-out data etc.) to create appropriate demand creation activities
- Develop programs to drive channel and category growth at both covered and non-traditional selling channels
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree graduate
- At least two (2) years of experience in trade marketing or related field
- Understanding of the Trade Marketing Operations
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Willingness and openness to learn and adapt
- Sales Acumen
- Ability to create innovate sales ideas/concepts that may help grow revenue and profits
