Conservation Head  

As a Conservation Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and implementing conservation initiatives and programs. He will work closely with policyholders to develop and execute strategies aimed at preserving and restoring life insurance plans. The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Principal Functions and Respopnsibilities
   1. Developing and implementing conservation plans and projects in alignment with organizational goals and objectives
   2. Conducting research and assessments to identify priority conservation areas and species
   3. Managing and monitoring conservation projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and reporting
   4. Engaging with policyholders with lapsed plans to raise awareness about conservation issues and foster support for conservation initiatives
   5. Supervise conservation staff in their deliverables that are aligned with company’s goals and objectives

Education : Bachelors Degree preferrably marketing and business related courses.

Experience : Atleast 3 years in Managerial Level.

Skills : Computer Literate, Excellent Interpersonal Relation and good communication skill

Industry : With Life and Non-life Insurance experience is a plus
