Finance VA  

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounting records and files
• Analyze transactions with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare documents, data entry and workflows
• Talk to customers on financial issues via email or phone
• Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures

Requirements and Skills:

• 6 months to 1 year of accounting work experience
• Excellent use of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Knowledge of an accounting information system is a plus
• Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidentiality and integrity

Details of the Job:

• Full time, 8-hour shift, US EST hours, Monday to Friday
• Rate is from $5 - $6 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance VA with an analytical mind and exceptional organizational skills to help with the general accounting and financial processes of our company. You are expected to be detail oriented, have strong problem-solving skills, work comfortably under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.

You’ll be responsible for daily accounting tasks including invoicing, component management, reviewing payroll and other ad hoc items. You will also carry out relevant administrative duties.
