Purchasing Officer  

The Purchasing Officer shall act as a multi-level support provider to Operations by supervising the Purchasing and Inventory function of the company and controlling the costs of the restaurant through keen attention to detail on the ordering, inventory, and usage of the different departments. She shall be responsible with coordinating and negotiating with suupliers, ensuring that items purchased area at par with menu costing. She shall ensure that the company's suppliers would be able to reliably provide the needs of the restaurant in a timely manner and in good quality.

She will be working closely with Top Management & Core Departments such as the Human Resource and Finance Department by serving as the lead point of contact for all administrative transactions and customer account management matters:

1. Purchasing

2. Cost Control and Inventory Operations

3. Maintenance Operations
