Customer Service:
- Attend customers’ queries and concerns, and process orders via email or phone
- Prepare LPG daily Tank Monitoring
- Prepare/coordinate Delivery Schedule of LPG
- Prepare monthly price update and price quotation for LPG
- Prepare the request of updated LPG price of the clients
- Customers database
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices and contact clients to obtain missing information
- Coordinate with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries of orders
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
Reports:
· Develop weekly/monthly sales reports for LPG account:
- Tank monitoring & Delivery Schedule
- Purchased Order (P.O.)
- Weekly/ Monthly Sales updates
- Price Quotation
- Customer’s database
- Supplier’s requirements: Certificate of Analysis (CoA) & Certificate of Quality (CoQ)
- Volume reports
- Web Inquiry / Web traffic reports
- Preventive Maintenance (PM) Schedule reports
- Emergency Maintenance Service Report (E call Report)
Documentation:
· Process accreditation requirements (SEA Corp/Greenology)
· Other duties to be assigned anytime from the Immediate Supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices
- Exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team
- Excellent sales & negotiation skills
- Dedicated, reliable, flexible and patient
- Computer savvy: MS, excel in particular
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration/Marketing Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the related field is required preferably from LPG/lubrications industry
Working conditions
- Willing and able to work every Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Sta. Mesa, Quezon City
