Marketing Officer  

The Marketing Officer is a liaison between new and prospective parents and the school. S/he knows how to build relationships, and must be a proactive collaborator with all team members. This person is expected to be responsible for the following:

Admissions Work:

1. Help establish and direct an enrollment management plan that addresses prospective parents (inquiry, materials, follow-up); current families (surveys, re-enrollment incentive programs, exit surveys);
2. Help increase enrollment of new students and meet student retention goals.
3. Help organize open houses and school tours for prospective parents

Marketing Work:

1. Write and submit press releases regularly.
2. Create and maintain the development of a media relations program that includes relationship-building with online and traditional news sources.
3. Oversee website administration while working with IT consultant, outside vendors to ensure the website is an effective means of communication. Regular updates of content, photos and videos are important.
4. Responsible for the integrity of the school's branding.
5. Oversee paid advertising and all social media sites

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study such as Marketing or Communications, or the equivalent
• Must have at least 2 to 5 years of relevant sales and marketing work experience, with at least 2 years as an Officer/Leadership post
• Previous work experience in schools is an advantage
• With excellent written and oral communications skills
• Has the ability to drive big ideas and initiatives.
• Possesses collaborative leadership skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, database management, on on-line marketing modalities (Search engine optimization, social media marketing via Facebook, Twitter, IG, etc., other mobile applications).
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours with possible evening and weekend meetings/activities.
• Applicants must be willing to immediately work full-time in Pasig City
• References must be immediately available.
