Business Development Manager (FOREX Broker)
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for cultivating relationships, developing business and provide support to both existing and new affiliates to promote our brand, products and services. The ideal candidate should possess a combination of strong interpersonal skills, financial markets knowledge, sales expertise, networking abilities, strong work ethics and strategic thinking.
Job Description
Position: Business Development Manager
Type: Full-time
Setup: On-Site (Ortigas) Mondays to Fridays 9AM to 6PM
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate relationships with our existing affiliates
- Collaborate with affiliates to optimize their marketing strategies and improve performance.
- Provide support across different communication channels including emails, live chat and phone to help both existing and new affiliates grow and succeed
- Identify and on-board new affiliates to expand our partner network
- Analyze affiliate performance and help affiliates achieve goals
- Proactively manage and oversee personalized client accounts, offering tailored advice and support.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape and best practices in the industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and sales to achieve business objective
Requirements
- Proven experience as a business development management role within the forex or financial services industry is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of forex trading platforms, tools and market trends.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the forex industry is a plus
- Must be able to work on-site (Ortigas) Mondays to Fridays, 9:00AM – 6:00PM

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be confident / proficient with English and Filipino both written and oral
- Prevous CFD Broker experience is a plus
- Exposure to the financial markets (forex, crypto, stocks, indices, stocks) is a plus
- Proven track record of business development management is a plus
